Our Deluxe Pamper Party is the ultimate Dollys experience, with a little bit of everything – gorgeous pampering, crafts to take home, mocktail making, Afternoon Tea, music, dancing and party games.

AT THE PARTY

Welcome to our pink palace!

The children will be greeted with a glass of pink lemonade before being helped into our gorgeous pink satin pamper robes ready for their Dollys makeover.

Then the pampering begins!

Each child will enjoy:

🎀 CRAFTING TIME

It wouldn't be a Deluxe Dollys Party without something gorgeous to make and take home!

The children can get creative with our Taylor Swift-inspired friendship bracelet making, and starry sunglasses.

With lots of pretty beads, and decorations to choose from, they'll create their own little keepsakes to remember their party at Dollys.

💕🍹 MOCKTAIL MAKING

Next, it's over to our bar for mocktail making!

The children can mix up their own fun drinks before we turn up the music and get the party started.

🎶 PARTY TIME!

You'll have exclusive use of our Ruddington venue for your party.

Your chosen playlist will be playing through our sound system, the disco lights will be flashing and our Dollys hosts will get everyone involved with dancing, singing, selfies and plenty of party fun!

We'll also aim to include three age-appropriate party games, with prizes supplied by us.

Depending on the age and mood of the children, these might include:

🎤 Karaoke

We always follow the children's lead, so the exact number of games may vary depending on how much time we have and what the children are enjoying on the day.

And, of course, we'll make time for everyone to sing Happy Birthday

🍰 DOLLYS AFTERNOON TEA

Our Afternoon Tea is served on our beautiful golden birdcage stands.

Each child receives:

🥪 Two mini sandwich rolls – one cheese and one ham
🧁 Cupcake
🍓 Sweetie & strawberry kebab
🍩 Mini donut
🍕 Cheese & tomato pizza slice
🧀 Babybel
🍉 Two slices of watermelon

Plus crisps and popcorn for the table.

Unlimited pink lemonade, diluted blackcurrant, diluted orange and water are available throughout the party.

We are happy to cater for food allergies and dietary requirements at no additional cost. Please let us know at least 7 days before the party.

You are very welcome to have fewer than 8 children; however, the minimum 8-child package price will still apply.

🎀 BOOKING YOUR PARTY

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before your party.

All payments are made by bank transfer.

IMPORTANT VENUE INFORMATION

Our party prices are based on the children attending the party and taking part in the activities and food provided.

Adults are very welcome to stay; however, please bear in mind that Dollys is a children's party venue. Too many adults can make it difficult for our hosts to comfortably run the activities and give the children the full Dollys party experience.

Our Ruddington venue has a maximum capacity of 25 people in total.

This includes both children and adults.

For example, if you have 18 children attending, the maximum number of adults who could remain in the venue would be 7.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than 25 people under any circumstances, so please take this into consideration before booking.
